This role serves as the enterprise lead for self-insured benefits strategy, governance, and vendor management for a reputable broker dealer—driving a high-quality, cost-effective benefits experience while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide benefits programs, including health, welfare, wellness, leave, workers' compensation, and EAP


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on benefits strategy, risk, compliance, and cost optimization
