BEREAVEMENT COORDINATOR LCSW-(3302228) The Bereavement Coordinator at Brigham and Women’s Hospital plays a vital role in supporting patients and families through the emotional and practical challenges that may be experienced with the death of a loved one. The Bereavement Coordinator is responsible for providing emotional and administrative support to patients and families before, during, and after adult deaths or fetal demises. This position includes coordinating bereavement services, and acting as a liaison between families, healthcare teams and community resource providers and the position reports directly to the assigned Social Work Manager.
