BESS Mechanical Integration Specialist

Job Summary :

To lead the mechanical engineering and localization of a 5 MWh containerized Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in India, ensuring seamless adaptation of transferred designs into manufacturable, compliant, and cost-optimized solutions. The role is responsible for structural integrity, thermal management, and integration of battery packs and auxiliary systems, while aligning with Indian standards, regulatory requirements, and operational conditions.

The position will drive end-to-end mechanical design ownership—from design validation and localization to certification support and production readiness—enabling reliable, scalable, and competitive BESS deployment for C&I and utility applications.
