Manage the beverage program to support hotel operations at all venues. Ensure all products are in compliance with SLS Hotel & Residences Dubai Beverage Program. Estimate beverage consumption and purchase or requisition beverage ingredients and supplies. Monitor and critique the quality and consistency of the beverage product. Only product suitable for luxury hospitality should be served. Identify and address issues related POS computer systems and equipment used in beverage control operations. Perform regularly scheduled beverage inventories in support of Finance and Accounting systems. Participate in the budgeting process to support beverage operations. Bring innovation and creative ideas to create specialty cocktails for the menus. Ensure prices are established based on competitive survey and analysis and that the tier of beverage prices is logical based on the type of product being served (well call etc..
