About the Role As the Beverage Manager, you will lead the hotel’s beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service. You will curate innovative beverage programs, manage a dynamic team, and ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:- Beverage Strategy & Program Development Design and implement creative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings. Stay ahead of trends to introduce seasonal and signature drinks. Operations Management Oversee daily beverage service in restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet functions, and in-room dining.
