Essential Functions- Develops capture strategies and manages timelines to meet and exceeds monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Manages activities from identification to award that will enable the growth of sales.
- Refines and progresses the capture plan.
- Performs detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications sent to the client.
- Strategizes development including potential team member selection and roles.
- Establishes timed gates for bid/no bid reviews and Bid decision reviews.
- Establishes and maintains price to win including supporting analysis.
