Opportunity Description
What you will do
- Develop the Submission Plan by defining the organizational structure of the proposal and ensuring appropriate communication channels are in place between internal teams, partners (if any), and external firms involved.
- Lead or coordinate the efforts of internal proposal team members (Design Manager, Construction Director, Proposal Writing Specialist) as the proposal leader.
- Ensure all required human resources for proposal development are mobilized.
- Collaborate on the bid strategy with the designated Project Director or Vice President of Construction (technical optimization strategies, procurement, subcontractor involvement, etc.).
- Participate in the development of the construction strategy with the Construction Director or VP.
- Ensure a Project Execution Plan is prepared and that all anticipated costs are included in the price submitted with the proposal.
