Bike rental service coordinator

For our growing activities in Mallorca, we are looking for a Bike rental service coordinator

Do you like structure, cycling, and satisfied guests?

You will coordinate the bike rental and be the first point of contact for guests when delivering and collecting rented bikes. You maintain an overview and ensure structure and order in the bike rental area and workshop. Based on reservations and bookings, you draw up the schedule for adjusting and preparing the bikes and instruct the mechanics accordingly. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the mechanics, bike cleaners, and interns. Together with the mechanics/bike cleaners, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the bike fleet. You will keep track of stocks (bike parts, sports drinks, and nutrition). You will work in accordance with the established guidelines and monitor and maintain the digital planning system.
