Contract: 6 months with potential for permanent. Base pay: $25–30 /hr. Hybrid working arrangement: 4 days in office. Business professional attire required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal operational teams to ensure seamless execution of service requests.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and platforms that impact clients’ day‑to‑day operations.
