In this role, you will leverage your expertise in commercial contract negotiation to lead the contracting process. With at least 5 years of experience, you will negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and rate card agreements vital for enterprise clients. Your bilingual fluency in English and French will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for Procom’s diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations on MSAs and SOWs with clients
• Manage end-to-end contracting including renewals and amendments
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks before escalation
