Required Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English & Spanish.
- Self-starter with book business and network of Centers of Influence (COI) relationships to generate leads.
- Formal Bank Credit Training preferred.
- Ability to travel and participate in afterhours events such as conferences, panels, roundtables and community outreach events.
- Comfort with public speaking and serving as a panelist.
- Experience with microlending and SBA lending products suites are a plus.
