We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor in St. Catharines, ON !

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their Customer Service and Sales needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Achieve sales goals by consulting customers with technical and commercial information
• Encourage client to go beyond his initial need and requirement
• Continuously generate sales by quoting according to customer specifications and personal recommendations
• Following up on customer quotations through regular telephone contact
• Maintain customer contact through occasional onsite visits
• Accurately cost items based on guidelines provided by Operations and Accounting
• Create sales orders in ERP system
