Bilingual Equipment Manager – Construction

Our client is a Canadian company operating in the construction space. They are seeking a Bilingual Equipment Manager to join their team full‑time on‑site in Ottawa East, Ontario.

The successful Equipment Manager will manage and oversee all construction equipment operations, ensuring equipment availability, reliability, and cost efficiency across multiple job sites. Working closely with field crews, the warehouse coordinator, operations manager, suppliers, and project managers, they will coordinate equipment needs to support project schedules.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Equipment Manager will be responsible for equipment procurement, preventive maintenance, tracking, and lifecycle management of a diverse fleet of construction equipment and vehicles.
