Our client, a recognised firm and leader in asset management, is seeking a highly capable Bilingual Executive Assistant to assist their growing team in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for Director and the wider team, anticipating conflicts and prioritising effectively
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring prompt communication and flexibility
- Liaise with clients and build strong relationships to streamline scheduling
- Handle detailed, multi-leg travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels and transfers; proactively manage documentation and provide accurate itineraries in line with company policy for all team members
- Prepare, edit and proofread professional documents, presentations and client materials
- Maintain up-to-date client records, update the CRM and ensure all documentation is correct and of the firm's regarded quality
