Job Summary:
The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm‘s software systems.
Job Duties:
Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue. Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation Other duties as required
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Education:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred Experience:
Two (2) or more year’s experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required Experience within a professional services firm, preferred License/Certifications:
