Opportunity Description

Responsible for accurate billing statement preparation, payment tracking, client account updates, and monthly reporting.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, sorting, and filing claim documents and other fees for bill back.
  • Preparation and issuance of correct and accurate billing statements on time.
  • Administering and monitoring the sufficiency of funds by tracking payments.
  • Addressing and resolving client inquiries and issues related to billing statements.
  • Updating client accounts and regularly monitoring account status.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate monthly reports for consolidation and submission to Management.
  • Ensuring service-level agreements and performance standards are met.
