Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join a high-volume team supporting project-based invoicing operations in Pleasant Grove, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented billing work, can manage repetitive tasks with accuracy, and is comfortable working in a casual office environment with direct communication. The role will focus on invoice entry, billing support, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to help keep project timelines on track.

Responsibilities:
• Process a large volume of billing data and prepare invoices with a high level of accuracy.
• Enter invoice details into the company’s billing and accounting system while verifying completeness and correctness.
• Use Excel templates, spreadsheets, and pivot tables to organize billing information and support timely invoicing.
