Job Mandate

Responsible for the supervision of all activities and staff in the billing function. Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate billing of customers.

• Review the work of billing personnel to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed
• Ensure billings are submitted to DepEd Regional Payroll Servicing Unit on time
• Provide timely and accurate reports to the Salary Loans Group Head and other business units
