We're seeking a skilled BIM/CAD Piping Lead to support complex, 3D-driven design projects in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of piping design, BIM standards, and team coordination. You'll play a critical role in driving model integrity, improving workflows, and supporting design teams through all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead project-specific BIM/CAD setup for clients requiring primarily 3D-based deliverables
* Coordinate clash detection and adjudication across disciplines
* Oversee and manage layer auditing and model quality control
