Key Responsibilities: Interpret and analyze KTA (Issued for Construction – IFC) drawings to support electrical scope development and coordination Perform detailed electrical quantity takeoffs aligned with Samsung’s BoQ standards and processes Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and project teams to validate scope, identify gaps, and ensure accuracy in bid submissions Develop and manage BIM models for electrical systems using Revit, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements Utilize Navisworks for clash detection and coordination with other trades Review and annotate drawings and documents using Bluebeam for markups, revisions, and team collaboration Support CAD drafting efforts as needed to supplement design or field requirements Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design and constructability issues Maintain organized digital documentation and workflows across multiple...
