Opportunity Description
Role Title : BIM Modeler - PHE Design Responsible for designing and Revit drafting of PHE, ensuring they are efficient, safe, environmentally responsible, and compliant with regulations under the guidance of Design Managers and AVP. Areas of Accountability: Design Development: Partner with architects, Landscape, structural, Mechanical & Electrical experts to develop comprehensive PHE design plans and concepts in line with project demands under the guidance of Design manager and PHE Head. Sustainable Design: Ensure that PHE designs prioritize sustainability, energy efficiency, and minimize environmental impact, aligning with green building principles and regulations under the guidance of Design manager and PHE Head.
