BIM Specialist (German-speaking)

A BIM Specialist with a strong background in architecture, structure, and MEP modeling to support the development of high-quality BIM deliverables from point cloud data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate BIM models from point cloud data (Scan to BIM) across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Create BIM models with different Levels of Detail (LOD / LOI) according to project/client’s requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with BIM standards, BEP specifications, and internal quality guidelines.
• Perform quality control to verify geometric and dimensional accuracy against point clouds.
• Produce technical documentation derived from the model (drawings, views, sections, etc.).
• Provide technical support to other team members.
