BMS Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking a BMS Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of Building Management Systems packages on large‑scale projects across Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe. This role is central to ensuring that all BMS works are executed to the highest standards of technical accuracy, safety, and compliance while maintaining strong collaboration with clients, design teams, commissioning specialists and site operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for all BMS‑related contractual, commercial and installation requirements, guiding each package from tender engagement through to project completion with a focus on efficiency, reliability and operational excellence.
