Opportunity Description
The Controls Technical Manager & Project Engineering Governance Manager – BMS is responsible for ensuring technical compliance, engineered solution accuracy, BOQ alignment, and execution readiness for Building Management System (BMS) projects.
The role acts as a technical bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery, governing the transition from tender award to project execution while ensuring BMS engineering deployment aligns with contractual, technical, and commercial commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Pre‑Sales Technical Compliance (BMS)
- Review tender specifications, Employer’s Requirements (ER), and drawings related to BMS, IBMS, HVAC controls, and system integration.
- Prepare and validate BMS Technical Compliance Matrices (TCM) against tender specifications.
- Verify compliance with: open protocol requirements (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, IP), network architecture and integration scope, control strategies,...
