Opportunity Description
- Contact person for Batamindo's fleet arriving in Singapore
- Handles all processes for smooth entry and exit of the vessel in the Port of Singapore.
- Arrangement of vessel pre-arrival, arrival and departure clearances.
- Communicate with the crews clearly and effectively on the scheduling, and/or any other queries.
- Assist Superintendent with ship procurement and supplies.
- Communicate with relevant authorities on vessel arrival/departure/berthing.
- Manage and planning of Vessel Schedules.
