Boilerman Grade 1

• To maintain & operate the boilers ensure running in good conditions & operate in the most effective & efficient manner in daily operation
• To schedule and implement periodic preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected Boiler downtime.
• To monitor and maintain consistency of Boiler, to lengthen the Boiler life span and to avoid lost of production.
• To make necessary preparation & follow up with contractors if necessary repair & maintenance & annual inspections by relevant authorities
• To Ensure efficient operation of Steam Boilers.
• To ensure safety working environment clean working area & maintain good housekeeping maintenance of boilerhouse
• To make monthly inventory reports, maintenance report, Boiler Log sheet
• To ensure a safe, comfortable and clean working area by periodic maintenance of the areas in and surrounding the Boiler House & other ad hoc task assign by superior
