Bookkeeper And Payroll & Compliance Coordinator (General Rodríguez)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper and Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to join our team at The Archetype Strategy. This role will handle bookkeeping, contractor payroll, invoicing, and ensure HR compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will help keep financial and HR records in order and ensure our contractors are paid accurately and on time. Must be able to speak English and Spanish.

• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
