Opportunity Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper responsible for managing daily financial transactions and assisting with basic HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate has solid bookkeeping experience and familiarity with HR processes such as payroll coordination, employee records management, or attendance monitoring.
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of payroll-related financial entries.
- Manage budget monitoring, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
