We are hiring a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. This role is ideal for a meticulous professional with solid bookkeeping fundamentals who takes pride in keeping the numbers clean and the books balanced.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, receipts, payments, and sales.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and petty cash on a regular basis.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
• Process vendor invoices, staff expense claims, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare basic financial reports such as trial balances, income statements, and balance sheet summaries.
