Bookkeeper – General Application (Río Cuarto)

We are seeking an Appfolio /Yardi Bookkeeper to join our team and assist with various bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1 year of experience working with AppFolio and/or Yardi (mandatory)
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company
• Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting field
• Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)
