Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ bookkeeping experience (senior-level)
- Proven competence up to balance sheet
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
- Strong organisational skills with a “watchdog” approach to systems and processes
- Self-starter, capable of working independently without micromanagement
- Ability to integrate into a close-knit and positive team environment
- Experience with IQ Retail preferred (QuickBooks/Pastel transferable)
- Formal qualification not essential; proven track record and competence valued more highly
