Role Overview
La THEOZ Real Estate is seeking a competent and trustworthy Admin Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in QuickBooks, Excel, and ClickUp, and experienced in financial reconciliation, receivables, payables, and contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile sales, payables, receivables, and expenses in QuickBooks
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment summaries
- Maintain organized contracts, vouchers, and financial filing systems
- Create and update financial trackers, statements, and summaries in Excel / Google ...
