We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end accounting functions within a fast-paced music and entertainment environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting client accounts, and ensuring timely reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
- Perform bank and account reconciliations, including tour accounting
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial records
- Process payroll submissions through third-party providers
- Review and code credit card transactions
- Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, tour managers, and staff
- Assist with daily financial inquiries and communications
