Job Description

An established investment company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with hospitality industry exposure to manage the day‑to‑day financial administration of multiple restaurant entities. The role includes full bookkeeping responsibilities together with payroll administration and requires someone comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment. The candidate must have strong Xero experience and be proficient in SimplePay for payroll processing.

This is a full‑time role based in Sandton, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
  • Managing financial records across multiple hospitality entities
  • Bank, credit card, and payment platform reconciliations
  • Capturing and maintaining transactions in Xero
