Role Overview
Lead domestic BPS sales growth with a strong hunter mindset , driving new logo acquisition and large enterprise deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a multi‑year sales roadmap for India market dominance.
Prospect and convert high‑value logos across BFSI, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and Government.
Pitch solutions in Customer Experience Management, BPM (Healthcare RCM, F&A, HRO), and Digital Transformation.
Build CXO relationships, mentor national sales teams, and drive performance through KPIs and incentives.
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and cross‑functional alignment.
