A Branch Manager is responsible for achieving financial and service objectives by leading and planning branch functions, focusing on loan and deposit acquisition within budget constraints. They ensure the branch operates efficiently, maintaining a balance between loans and deposits to achieve self-funding status. The role involves overseeing all operational and administrative functions, ensuring timely service delivery, and organizing procedures for smooth branch operations.
