Purpose/Objective:
Responsible for managing all functions of a retail branch. Maximize branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction while minimizing operating losses. Inspire, motivate, coach and model sales and service behaviors. Must be a leader, team player and mentor, who fosters a motivated, diverse team environment to achieve expected results.
