Qualifications and Standards

• College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field
• With basic accounting knowledge
• With 2 years experience in Restaurant management
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues
• Results driven and customer focused
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Ability to use the Internet, Outlook, word processing and spreadsheet software and position specific software required
