Overview

Manage a retail branch that caters to all retail and commercial market segments offering a wide range of products and services in a high‑growth area.

Responsibilities

• Engage, manage and address business requirements and financial needs of the local business communities such as SME, Corporate/Commercial, trade associates, government agencies, local council & committee, local social centres, schools / learning centres and others.
• Grow the customer base and elevate the local community’s perception of RHB Bank’s brand and reputation.
• Provide leadership and management to the branch sales and operations teams to deliver the annual sales growth and targets as defined by the Regional Director.
• Responsible for all loans/financing, wealth, bancassurance, deposit products and capital market products, particularly investment products across both retail and non‑retail segments.
