Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations & Team Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the Westgate outlet to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, supervise and motivate the front desk and service team to achieve operational and sales targets
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline and daily work performance
- Ensure service standards, staff grooming and outlet presentation are maintained at all times
