Branch Operations Officer - BGC

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Branch Operations Officer – BGC Branch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that counters are fully manned during banking hours. Validates all vouchers posted at the counter. Approves transactions within set limits. Escorts clients with large transactions to the Head Teller for counting. Always ensures a high standard of customer service at the counter.
• Open Easy Pay machine envelopes and ensures that cash and cheques tally with amount written by customers; processes back-end functions for Easy Pay payments and reporting of statistics. Handles queries on credit card payments made thru Easy Pay machine. Ensures Easy Pay machines (frontend) are in good condition.
• Promote the utilisation of other available delivery channels such as Phone Banking, Internet Banking, Easy Pay Machines and ATM machines, whenever appropriate, to minimise traffic in the banking hall. Actively cross-sells ...
