Job Description

• A Branch Supervisor oversees daily operations at a branch location, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies. They manage a team, handle administrative tasks, monitor performance, resolve customer issues, and ensure branch targets are met.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of branch operations and financial products (if applicable)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools
