Brand & Innovation Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, merchandising, or FMCG/retail industry (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage data, reports, and documentation accurately
• Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and competitor activity
• Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional and agency collaboration
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
