Responsibilities
- 12‑Month Calendar Management: lead the creation, alignment and execution of a full‑year brand calendar that aligns with business goals and cultural moments.
- Brand Equity Building: develop and safeguard brand positioning, tone of voice and core messaging across all channels; lead campaigns that create emotional and functional connections with passengers.
- Budget and Media Planning: manage and optimize annual brand budgets (above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line) to maximize ROI; oversee media mix modeling, channel strategy and buying through agency partners and internal teams.
- Social Media & Community Building: create and oversee always‑on and campaign‑specific strategies for social media engagement and brand building; champion the development of communities as brand advocates.
