Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new sellers to TikTok Shop
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner brands and sellers
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to boost growth
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and operations teams to drive campaigns
- Analyze data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, e-commerce, or sales
- Familiar with TikTok and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven, analytical, and team-oriented
- Willing to work onsite from Mondays to Saturdays in BGC, Taguig City.
