Business Development Manager/ Broker Consultant
Our client, a well-established short-term insurance underwriting manager specializing in niche products, is seeking to recruit an Afrikaans speaking Business Development Manager/ Broker Consultant to join their dynamic Fourways, Johannesburg team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire new broker partners and complete the broker application process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance partner’s BDMs.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with brokers.
- Grow broker portfolios in terms of GWP and number of policies incepted monthly.
- Deal with queries and provide information for sales and service issues.
- Identify new potential brokers and opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct product training with brokers – new and ongoing training.
- Schedule and attend meetings and broker site visits.
