About the role

As a Platform Support specialist, you will Be the first line of support for brokers: Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, primarily via our live chat and shared inbox. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Own platform operations end‑to‑end: Log submissions, issue policies and MTAs, and prepare other documentation accurately and on time.
