Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily brokerage activities and ensure timely processing of import/export documentation
- Coordinate with CDO customs officials and other regulatory agencies for smooth clearance
- Review and approve shipment declarations, permits, and related documents
- Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariff classifications, and valuation procedures
- Address and resolve client and customs-related issues
- Lead, train, and assess brokerage staff performance
- Maintain accurate and updated records for audits and management reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred but not required
- Minimum 2–5 years of brokerage experience with supervisory responsibilities
