Summary:
Join a high-performing mid-tier accounting & advisory firm (≈100 staff in Sydney and 50 overseas) as a Supervisor. You’ll act as the critical link between offshore compliance teams and local managers, leading the first review and overseeing high-quality deliverables before final sign-off. Ideal for someone with a mid-tier firm background or private-client tax team experience at a Big 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the firm’s India compliance team, review their work and coordinate deliverables for the Sydney office.
• Perform the first layer of local review on compliance/tax work and escalate to local managers for final sign-off.
• Manage workflow, quality control, and liaise with offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.
