Budget Analyst

Summary About the Position: This position is with the 599th Army Transportation Brigade, located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Incumbent will perform full range of budget formulation and execution of duties associated with the fiscal planning, programming, and budgeting. Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate execution of assigned budgets to ensure compliance with Command operating plans and fiscal regulations. Conduct formal budget execution reviews with subordinate Battalions. Develop and consolidate unfunded requirements and provide recommendations aligned with command priorities. Review resource allocations and recommend adjustments based on mission changes. Process financial documents (e.g., requisitions, G-Invoicing, DA Forms 1610). Provide ongoing financial status updates and advisory support to Brigade leadership. Analyze historical financial data to forecast funding requirements and identify trends.
